Follow-Up Nutrition Sessions (Zoom/In Person)
Staying on track is easier with support!
For clients who’ve already had their initial session, follow-up sessions allow me to review your progress, fine-tune your nutrition plan, and discuss any new goals or challenges. These 30-minute sessions provide ongoing motivation and guidance.

Custom Meal Plans
Custom meal plans begin with a menu planning assessment to find out more about what works best for you. From there, I develop a personalized meal plan tailored to your preferences, health goals, and lifestyle. My meal plans include both recipes and shopping lists.

Busy to Balanced Program
My Busy to Balanced program is designed to help people go from busy to balanced with nutrition support + the creation of simple, daily rituals and habits. It includes an initial 1:1 intake session, four 30-minute follow-up sessions, your own Busy to Balanced workbook, meal plans, and unlimited email support.
